the author: Cherry Ray discovered the benefits of
yoga more than 20 years ago, after many years of pain and
discomfort caused by an injury to the lower back. Yoga so
completely changed her life that she decided to become a
trained yoga teacher. Cherry obtained a teaching diploma
from the International Yoga Teachers Association (IYTA),
in 1987. She lives in Perth, Western Australia with her
