SCHOLASTIC EXCELLENCE MEDALLIONSTM

The Scholastic Excellence MedallionsTM are used by schools as an alternative to the traditional book awards for high-achieving or highly commendable students.They are made of quality pewter and all come in an attractive presentation case.

Students cherish these awards, realising that they will last a lifetime as a reminder of outstanding school achievements.

The reverse of each coin is similar to that shown down to the right. There is a rectangular space onto which the recipient's name and other details should be engraved.

Medallions are currently available for the core subjects of English, mathematics, society & environment and science.

For each of these subjects there is a different medallion for year 7, year 8, year 9, year 10, year 11 and year 12.For a given subject, the year medallions differ by representing a different important figure on the obverse. For example, for science medallions, Marie Curie features for year 10, whilst Albert Einstein features for year 12. Also available are medallions for overall Academic Excellence and for Christian Leadership.
Also THE SPORTING EXCELLENCE MEDALLION featuring Sir Donald Bradman.

A larger DUX medallion is available and is regarded as the most prestigious of all.
